Everday Love with Jachory...

Find me in the words.

Words are powerful and have the potential to make and break connections. To love and to hurt.

Sending love messages is a good way to put down your emotions on paper in a way that only black lines and curves on white would do. For years, messages have been conveyed as a way to show affection through sending in a bottle in the ocean, hoping that one day it will wash up on the shore.

Other ways have been by sending them through birds "for this was on Saint Valentines Day, when every bird cometh there to choose his mate" - Geoffrey Chaucer, Parlement of Foules (1382).

Others have carved words on pieces of wood, the walls of caves, as handwritten notes or music notes to a song or even the words "I love you" strewn across the sky by the white fumes from an airplane.

How about trying something simple like sending an sms to say "I'm thinking of you" or if you want to go the "old school" way, a handwritten letter with paid postage.

So....try putting your thoughts on paper or on screen and while you're at it, press "SEND".

Happy Everyday Love!

;-) Susie
